Returns Policy

Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase.

 

Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) of receiving payment.

 

If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging and with all tags attached within 14 days. Goods must be returned carriage paid.

We only accept PayPal as a form of payment.

 

All goods are sent either via Royal Mail second class post (up to 2kg) or Courier Service (over 2 kg). International delivery (where available) will be via Standard Shipping.

 



Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.

Payment must be received within 4 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions.

 

You will be notified on the day that your goods have been despatched via e-mail.

 


If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then the sale will be cancelled.

 

We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Royal Mail or Courier Services.

 If there are any issues, please contact us in the first instance via e-mail giving full details of any problem.

 

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including postage and packaging.
