We will happily accept Paypal payments, but a Paypal payment is subject to our terms:
• If you are inside the UK then will happily accept payments from verified and unverified Paypal accounts. • If you are inside the UK and your account is verified or subject to us being protected by Paypal's SPP (Seller Protection Policy) then we will despatch your item ASAP. • If you are inside the UK and you account is un-verified, then there will be a slight delay of 0-3 days • If you are outside the UK, we can only accept payment from a Verified Paypal account, if you are unable to provide this, do not bid or confirm a purchase.

The verification process takes around 2/4 days, to find out the verification number, call your card issuer directly and their number can be in most cases found on the back of the card used. If you have made a payment via Paypal, we will only despatch to the address stated by Paypal and no other. This is to protect you as a customer.
It is free for you to send money using Paypal, but Paypal do charge the receiver of a payment. Any fee that Paypal charges you for using them, is born by yourself the 'buyer' and we make no allowance for this when sending money to your account, for example in the case of a refund.

3. If you are outside the United Kingdom and are unable to provide payment from a verified PayPal account, do not bid.
4. Items will be posted within 5 working days of payment clearance, most are despatched in 48 hours.
5. Payment must be received within 10 days of either the auction ending or ‘Buy It Now’ purchase date, if no payment is received, it will be re-listed for other buyers and we reserve the right to mutually void the transaction.
6. We prefer to deal within the UK, but will post worldwide (with exceptions), as long as you acknowledge that you are liable for any tax, duties or any other kind of incurred charge, that may be applicable to the item. Also in most cases any warranty provided will be void. We will happily check an item's functionality before sending on request.
7. We ensure that all the information provided is up to date and accurate as possible, but 'DirectElectronic' cannot be held responsible for the manufacturer changing it's specifications from those in an auction. E&OE
8. It is the buyers reasonability to ensure that the item is compatible/suitable before purchasing, if in any doubt contact us before you place a bid or 'Buy it Now'. We will not accept returns for any reason except for manufactures defects or falls within section 10.
9. An item that is 'dead on arrival' must be notified to us via email within 7 days of receipt of the item, for the item to be replaced.
10. In line with the current distance selling directive, all items have a 7 day money back guarantee, from the date of receipt of the item. In the event of the buyer wishing to return an item, postage costs are born by the sender and a RA (Returns Authorisation) number must be requested first by email
11. WessexProp do not accept liability for any return costs nor do we accept responsibility for returns that are inadvertently lost should your selection of return method not allow you to track the item. You should ensure that the item is adequately packaged for return and insured, items that are damaged returning to us are not our responsibility. Using a service such as Royal Mails special delivery service is recommended, as this service is 100% traceable.
12. No returns will be accepted without prior Authorisation. To request a RA (Returns Authorisation) number In the event of an item being returned under warranty after 30 days from the purchase date, it will be replaced with either the same model or an item of the same or similar specification. No refunds will be given on items older than 30 days.
13. The covering warranty is from date of purchase and is from the manufacturer, this does not include consumable items such as ink, batteries etc... The warranty will be voided by any negative or neutral behaviour being left by a buyer. Neutral or Negative behaviour will also void the warranty for any other item purchased by the offending user.
14. We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection law. We do not send 'SPAM'. We will contact you regarding the purchase you intend to make, are in the process of making or have made within a reasonable time scale. Unless you explicitly state that you wish to join our mailing list.
Data that is collected is used to : A. Take and fulfil customer orders B. Administer and enhance the site and service C. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes (e.g. Royal Mail)
15. All items purchased are used at your own risk and we reserve the right to amend or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
16. These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from a contract.
