About About Me: dhb has over 5 years experience in the retail jewellery trade. He worked his way up from repairs and sales to management in this time and has now decided to open his very own jewellers! Harwins is now open for business. Welcome.

Payment: We only accept PayPal. You can pay through PayPal using any credit or debit card and do not have to open a PayPal account to complete a purchase. PayPal is quick and 100% secure for buyers and sellers.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with the product or change your mind, you can return any unopened packages within 7 days. We will refund you, as long as the returned item is received in the same condtion as it was sent, and after deduction of costs for postage, packing, payment and any other fees incurred.

Shipping: We only use Royal Mail and every item we sell can be sent by a tracked delivery service, such as Recorded Signed For or Special Delivery, which includes insurance for loss and theft etc. We currently post to the UK and any other country who is a member of the EU (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden). Sorry, postage outside of the EU is currently not available.
