Everything is guaranteed to be as described in the listing however,if (when) I make a mistake,it will be rectified to the best of my ability and your monies will be refunded.
Items are packaged very securely and double boxed if necessary.
I ship everything 13 ounces or less via USPS First Class. Over 13 ounces it will ship either Parcel Post or Priority Mail depending on the zone you live in.
Every item $50 or more will have insurance included.
All items will have delivery confirmation.
