  • Items and tracking numbers are sent within 2 days of receiving cleared payment

Terms:

 We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in our listings. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll do everything possible to make the situation right.

Returns:
  • Unless otherwise posted, all sales are final. Please contact us before sending any item back. All returns will require an RMA number. If your item is defective or damaged you must contact us to get an RMA number. You may return damaged items to us within a period of 30 days after you have been assigned an RMA number. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
  • Item must be in original undamaged package.
  • No return on Close Out Items.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable, unless of course the item is genuinely faulty or we have inadvertently sent the wrong item.
