In the event an item shows up damaged we will need to be contacted within 48 hours of the item being shown delivered by the tracking number. We will need a picture of the broken item sent to and we will take action from there.
In the event you receive an item and by no fault of ours decide you do not like or want the item, we will require the item to be returned to us and upon receiving the item back we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping and handling charges of course. Any used item cannot be returned. Any item returned without authorization will be refused.
