Cruz Hair & Jewellery is an online wholesale and retail business based in the East Midlands. We provide hair, beauty and jewellery opportunities which we hope our customers find exciting, desireable and reasonably priced.
We work with suppliers and customers all over the world and regularly send our products as far afield as Brazil, Norway and Russia and, of course, all over the UK.
Delivery:
When you have made a purchase from us, we are keen that you receive that item as quickly as possible and so we have a dedicated despatch team working everyday to fulfil the orders we receive and get them sent out. All our chosen delivery services are tracked in order that both you and we have the security of knowing when safe delivery is secured.
We use Royal Mail, DHL and HDNL predominantly for all UK and worldwide deliveries. Items leave our warehouse for onward delivery on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday of each week.
Returns:
We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with the purchases you make and so we accept that sometimes you may want to return an item for whatever reason. We have a 7 day no quibble return policy which means that you can return an item to us subject to just two conditions. Firstly, the item must be in exactly the same condition as when we despatched it allowing us the opportunity to put it back into stock. Secondly, the costs of return postage & package are funded by the customer. A refund equal to the original purchase cost less the outgoing incurred postage cost will be made as soon as the item is accepted back into stock with us.
Awaiting Stock:
Very occasionally, we may be awaiting stock for an item purchased. In this instance, we will contact you as soon as we are aware of this and advise you of the estimated delivery time. Any resultant delay on receiving your items will be little more than a few days.
