When paying, the customer will pay shipping/delivery costs unless the item includes postage. Payment is required within 7 days unless an agreement has been made with me beforehand.
Collection only items:
Any item that I have for sale, that states collection only must be collected within 2weeks of purchase
Please note the following:
Day 1: Invoice Sent after auction won
Day 3: Payment reminder sent if no payment has been made
Day 6: Final Payment reminder will be issued if no payment made
Day 8: Negative feedback will be issued if no payment made and a NON Payment Mark will be issued
I always send items out as soon as payment has cleared into my Google or Paypal account.
If you are purchasing items on Saturday or Sunday then the items will be sent out on Monday as I only send goods out Monday to Friday. I offer a range of postage from standard post to Special Delivery Next Day, if the offer is not there with regards to postage please let me know what type of postage you would like to pay for so an invoice can be sent with this postage.
I will ship to USA, Canada, France and Germany as well as the UK.
When shipping outside the UK I will always use International Signed For, for USA customers, this means the parcel can be tracked on USPS website, For Canadian customers the items will be trackable on canadian post website, for French customers on the la Poste website and for German customers on Deutche Post website.
Delivery to overseas customers may take longer than normal due to custom checks and security proceedures within these countries.
Customers are advised that they are responsible for custom fees and for ensuring that the item you are buying is not restricted to their country, however I will do my best not to list items that are prohibited within these countries.
I will also combine shipping on multiple buys, which will be shown on the invoice.
When sending by Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery I will always provide the tracking number via the AAL and via direct email.
Parcels/Letters needing a signature or too big to fit through the letter box
Un-Recorded Items - These will be kept at your local distribution office for a period of 3 weeks, before being returned back
Recorded/Signed For - These are Kept at your local distribution office for a period of 2 weeks, before being returned back
Special Delivery (Next Day) - These are kept at your local distribution office for a period of 1 week, before being sent back
Should any items be sent back to me after the qualifying period, I shall offer a refund via paypal. The refund will NOT include postage as this was used to pay for delivery, should the item(s) be returned and you still want them re-delivered then they will be sent by the same method as before, but I will require you to pay the next postage amount via paypal so that I am not out of pocket.
When Purchasing items, please could you confirm your delivery address so that items are sent to the correct address.
