We previously run a store front on eBay, which we closed a few months ago due to their fees being way too extravagant. Our feedbacks rank a 100% rate for quality of all our products, timely processing and delivery and also good seller/buyer communicators. We respond within 24 hours or sooner to your questions.
Most of our items are accepted for returns. if you receive your package damaged, please keep the wrapping and everything it came in. we will give you instructions on how to return it, so please contact us same day, it will be replaced at no additional cost to you
If you wish to return your product simply because you do not want it anymore, you will have 15 days to contact us so that we provide you a return number. Once we have received your package, we will check your item for possible damage as we will not accept a return of an item that you broke. You will need to return it in its original package and box at your own cost. Once this done, a part refund will be issued to you (20% re-stocking fee will apply and no shipping charges will be refunded)
Fragrances : sorry, we cannot accept returns of fragrances as they are considered as a product of skincare and we would not be able to re-stock it anyway.
On the other hand, if your fragrance has arrived damaged, please email us same day and keep the wrapping, bottle .. and we will work out a replacement at no charge to you.
