This is a new site for us although we have been well established on Ebay for sometime now with 100% buyer feedback and an average of 4.9 out of five on detailed seller ratings, so you know you can do business with us with confidence.
Colsar trading is an internet based retailer of Plastic Scale Model Kits. We stock a wide range of kits from all the kit manufacturers including Airfix, AFV Club, Accurate Miniatures, Dragon, Hasegawa, Italeri,Forces of Valour, Tamiya and Special Hobby to name but a few.Please bear with me as I upload the inventory onto this site, it all takes time which I never seem to have enough of.!!!
In the meantime if you are looking for something specific which you can't see on the site , please contact me and I WILL upload it for you to purchase, assuming I have it of course.
DELIVERY
Please allow 14 days for delivery of your order. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hrs but can be longer at busy times.
NON-RECEIPT OF ORDER
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive after 14 days please contact us to confirm that we have dispatched (we will have).We can then make enquiries with Royal Mail. Please note Royal Mail do not officially classify an item as lost until over 21 days has elapsed. The resolution will depend upon the outcome of Royal Mail's enquiries, but please be assured we will do are best to satisfy you.
RETURNS
Should you wish to return an item that you have purchased from us please do so within 7 days of receipt. The item should be returned unopened in its original packaging. Cost of return postage to be at the buyers expense.Once received in satisfactory condition a full refund will be issued. We always recommend returning by some form of trackable service and would ask you to contact us prior to return for a Returns Authorisation Code, this allows us to accurately monitor any returns.

We reserve the right to supply the current product which we have in stock which may have a different image on the packaging.
