CELESTIAL CRAFTS is a subsidary of Kind Enterprises, which is an exporter, importer and producer of hand crafted products for you to buy or to make. We stock so many different products for hobbiests and for those whom like to create things. Our products include:

PRODUCTS: Those products which are hand made, the pictures are for reference only. We cannot and do not guarantee the exactness of the same two items. All our other products are brand new.

COLOURS & MEASUREMENTS: Some colours may slighly vary from those shown, due to photo quality. Measurements are approximate to the nearest mm (or cm) and may vary (abbreviations - d: diameter, w: width, l: length, h: height).

PAYMENT METHODS:

UK CUSTOMERS:

  • Major Credit Cards via PayPal (only on orders over £10),
  • Personal Cheque (made payable to E. Mendi - any amount),
  • Business Cheque (only on orders over £10 and made payable to Kind Enterprises),
  • Money Order/Postal Order/Bankers Draft (any amount),
  • Postage Stamps (upto £5, at own risk), or
  • Cash (at own risk - if must, send by recorded delivery).

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

  • PayPal, PPPay, Nocheck only.

DESPATCH TIMES:

  • Payment via PayPal: Within 24 hours.
  • Payment via Money Order/Postal Order/Cash/Postage Stamps: Within 24 hours, after receiving it.
  • Payment via cheques: After clearence.

RETURNS: Goods are not sold on a trial basis. However, if you are not satisfied with your goods they may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full cash/credit refund, less the P&P cost.
Returned goods must be of stock condition and authorised by Kind Enterprises. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs or containers must be unopened. We do not accept returns of products made to order.
Safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
