We hope you will never have to use one of our products but if you find yourself in a situation where you do, who wants a security camera that will not work when you need it most. Value is quality at a good price, if we would not be proud to own a product we offer, we will not sell it.

Update:

As of 12/01/2017 Bulldog now has decided to diversify into other aspects of the market. As a "Sister Store" to Bulldog Self-Defense, Security and Survival Products. We are now starting a, what you might call a varity type store, offering items such as sports collectables and other collectables, toys and games, household items, musical insturments and equipment, hunting and fishing and more. So as you search through eBid here you may see some other items from us that might not be exclusively be related to what we offer in our main store. But not to worry they all carry the the same 100% customer service experience and policies of our main store. Our Shipping Policy.

Shipping rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Every order is equally important to us, and we ship every order out just as quickly as we can. However, if you must have your merchandise by a certain date, we suggest you place the order early enough to avoid disappointment if your merchandise does not arrive on time. We do not accept returns of shipments because they did not arrive by a certain date.

Do we offer Free Shipping Free Shipping As a general rule we do not offer free shipping on every purchase. Almost any website you visit these days they are offering free shipping, whether it be on all orders, orders over a certain amount, or whatever. While most customers seem to love free shipping, it is not really free it is just a gimmick to get you to shop with them. Let me explain, the vast majority of sites have such a large markup built into their product prices that they can afford to offer free shipping and still make a profit. The exception to this is sometimes when eCommerce sites are having slow sales, they will offer free shipping in order to stimulate sales for a short time, even if they aren’t making a profit. We do this occasionally but it is usually for just a very short time.

Here at Bulldog Self-Defense and Survival Products, we take a somewhat different approach to free shipping. Our philosophy is to offer the customer a great price and great quality and does not play games with gimmicks such as free shipping which is not really free, as that shipping charge is built into the cost of the merchandise you purchase. We recognize that shoppers love free shipping offers, so we do offer free shipping on order sizes where we can do this and still not lose money. There is one exception to these rules, and that is that orders of $1,000.00 or more ALWAYS get free ground shipping, with no exclusions for oversize items.

NOTE: If there is another promotion in effect that gives you a bigger discount than the free shipping on a $1,000 and up order, you will receive that discount instead. Example: You place an order for $1,100.00, the shipping charges are $42.75, but if there was currently a 10% off store wide discount in effect, that discount would be $110.00, so you would get that discount instead of the $42.75 free shipping discount.

 

Shipping Charges

Because we offer our products at the absolute lowest price possible, we add a modest flat rate shipping charge*, which in most cases is below our cost, so on many orders we subsidize the shipping cost. Shipping costs are calculated in real time in the shopping cart at time of checkout. Please note in some cases that certain items may incur additional shipping charges due to the weight, value and/or dimensions of those items. If such an instance should occur, Bulldog Self-Defense and Survival Products will contact you first by phone, if unable to contact you by phone we will notify you by email. Please also note that if this occurs we will delay the processing of your order until contact has been achieved and we have acquired your permission to apply any extra charges that may have incurred.

 

International Shipping

We now ship to most destinations worldwide via UPS, DHL and the postal service. Extra charges may apply if your items are large in size. Insurance is included in the shipping amount.

 

**Customs & Brokerage Fees, Etc**

Some of the items we sell may not be allowed into your country. If you order goods to be shipped to an address outside of the USA, in effect you have become an importer. It is the responsibility of all importers to know whether or not the merchandise they order is allowed to be imported by their country's customs regulations. If you are in doubt about the legality of the items you want to order, we suggest you contact your country's customs and make the appropriate inquiries before placing your order. We are not responsible for any items that do not clear or are seized by customs, and no refunds or allowances will be made. Of course, any import duties, etc. levied by your home country are payable by you at time of delivery and are your responsibility as well.

Also, for Canada only

- there is a U.P.S. brokerage fee which is collected by U.P.S. at time of delivery. This fee is for U.P.S. acting as the customs broker for your shipment. The minimum brokerage fee is $10.00, however it could be more depending on the value of the shipment. This applies to U.P.S. shipments only, there is no brokerage fee levied on postal shipments. Please contact us by telephone or email should you have any questions regarding this.

-Shipment of international orders is by Global Priority Mail. Express mail is also available at a higher shipping price, if you specifiy it. We can also ship to most international destinations via UPS or DHL.

-All customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Also, customs regulations vary by country. Please make sure that the items you are ordering are legal to own in your country. We are not responsible for, and no refunds will be given, for items that do not clear your country's customs.

 

Order Processing Time

We will review your order to ensure that it is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. In an effort to protect our customers from credit card fraud, Bulldog Self-Defense and Survival Products requires the "bill to" address to match the billing address of your credit card. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 2 business days (depending on the information you have provided). Further, for security reasons voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. Once your order has passed Customer Service review, it is sent to the warehouse for shipment. If the item(s) on your order are in stock, we will ship them as soon as possible.

Bulldog Self-Defense and Survival Products is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of the shipping carriers, including, but not limited to the following:

  • Acts of God
  • Riots
  • Disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.

 

Total Time of Shipping

Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to receive payment authorization, order processing, handling time and the transit time for the shipping service. This can range from 3 to 10 business days for in-stock items.

 

Order Processing Time + Handling Time (2 days) + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

In most cases orders will be shipped within 24-48 hrs. of receipt. However, it could take up to 4 business days to ship some orders, depending on factors such as how busy we are at any given time, etc. The 24-48 hour processing time begins when an order enters processing, not when it is actually placed.

We begin processing orders at 9am Central time Monday-Friday. Orders received after 9am Central time will not begin processing until the following business day. For example, if we receive your order at 11:30am Central time on Tuesday, we will begin processing your order Wednesday at 9am. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays, nor are deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Holiday and weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date. Most in-stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days after the order has been processed.

Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders. Occasionally an item you order may have gone into out-of-stock status. As our stock is replenished weekly in most cases, any item that is not on hand usually will be back in stock within 7-12 days. In this situation you may experience a brief delay in shipping your order, but all orders generally ship within 4 business days (Saturday and Sunday excluded). In the event that we cannot fulfill your order within that time, we will notify you.

 

Shipping Methods

We ship by both UPS and U.S. Postal Service only for ground shipping. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment, this selection is made by our shipping department, based on the cost, size, weight and dimensions of the order. Please note that shipments to most destinations within the continental United States take 2-3 business days to reach their destination via ground shipping. However, in certain locations, such as the majority of the Pacific Coast States, some parts of the upper Midwest and the upper Northeast may take 4-5 business days to reach their destination. The shipping carriers do not count Saturday and Sunday as business days, so the shipping transit times referred to above do not include Saturdays and Sundays.

Please Note: If there are any restrictions regarding the shipping method to the shipping address you have given, please insert your comments in the Special Instructions box provided on the order page. All orders shipping via USPS must include a valid postal address.

 

Shipping Address Corrections

Any address corrections made in transit or after shipment has occurred your order will be charged to your method of payment an additional $6.00 fee.

 

UN-Deliverable Mail Notice

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, we will charge the shipping fee for re-sending the package to your method of payment, however, if we typed the wrong address, we will re-ship the order without any additional fees. If an order is returned to us undelivered, we will reship the order as long as the original shipping cost is paid again.

We will notify you via e-mail and you must confirm the shipping address. We can upgrade the shipping to a faster service for an additional charge, however it may take up to 2 business days to process your shipment. If the order is undeliverable or you choose not to reship your order, it will be returned to stock and a credit will be applied to your account, less a 25% restocking fee, and less any additional carrier charges.

 

Shipping Status

In most cases you will be supplied with a tracking number of your for your order when you receive an "Order Shipped" confirmation by email. However if you did not receive this number you may contact us at to check the status of your order.

Refund and Return Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at Bulldog Self-Defense and Survival Products They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at Bulldog Self-Defense and Survival Products constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: No returned Item will be accepted without first acquiring an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our Quality Control Department. Any return item received by us without an RMA will not under any condition: DOA, damaged, wrong item, etc. will not be accepted and any return shipping charges or other charges will solely be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We make every effort to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition. Because we do not live in a perfect world, we understand that sometimes things happen and If your product turns out to be defective when you receive it we will do everything we can to make sure that you get what you ordered. Your satisfaction is as important to us as it is to you. We have in the past given full refunds for all returned merchandise. However, in the past some have taken advantage of and have misused our Return Policies and this has forced us to change our Return Policies, and are as follows:

  • Full refunds (without restrictions) and return shipping reimbursement are only given on DOA and Damaged in Shipping items provided all conditions are met stated below.
  • Full refunds (with restrictions) and return shipping reimbursement are available for items being returned because of Damage Out of The Box or item(s) are Defective provided all conditions are met below.

No refunds. Exchanges or store credit only on all other returns, provided all conditions are met stated below. A restocking fee of $15.00 on the first item and $5.00 each on any additional item returned will be deducted from any exchange.

 

Policy for Return of Items

Any product(s), Dead On Arrival (incorrect usage excluded) Defective or Damaged (Out of Box), (incorrect usage excluded) within 7 days after delivery or 14 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). [*]

First you must contact us, for an "RMA", use "RMA Request" in subject the line, and request an RMA from our Quality Control Department and kindly provide us with proof as below:

  • Photos of original BULLDOG SELF-DEFENSE AND SURVIVAL PRODUCTS package with front and back sides

  • Photos or video of the defective item(s)

  • Photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective item(s)

  • Photos or screenshot showing the original receipt or invoice of the defective item(s)

A reimbursement for return shipping fees is available, provided that:

  • Purchaser has notified us for a required RMA

  • Return the item(s) by ordinary mail (the least expensive way) with tracking number and RMA

If the mail service with tracking number costs more, you may choose the one without tracking. Please be sure to keep the shipping receipt with you after return. We will process for you upon receiving the picture, video or screen shot of your receipt.

If the return shipping fee is less than 40% of the defective item(s) value, and also less than $40, we will cover the actual postage (according to the receipt you provided).

If the return shipping fee exceeds the limit above, please contact us to further confirm it.

A Full refund or replacement plus any shipping cost and/or taxes (if applicable), and return shipping reimbursement will be issued to you upon receipt of shipping proof (available tracking number or a picture, screen shot of shipping receipt).
