I ordered and paid for a Chi a month ago. I received a defective one and sent it back for a replacement. It has been a month and I still don't have a Chi that I have already paid for.

I've had a Chi before, and this straightener doesn't seem to get nearly as hot as my Chi did. This was advertised as being a Chi as well but I'm doubtful. For the price, its a pretty decent straightener. Shipped fast.

The Chi flat irons do not seem to work as normal Chis do. They catch hair and do not heat up very well. Imitations!

CHI was good at first but it stopped working. Won't turn on at all. So, it's negative feedback but for the price I guess I shouldn't have expected more. Delivery was very quick though.
