Laptop receives power, and turns on, but does not display video by LCD or external monitor.
Laptop receives power, and turns on, but does not boot up
All lights and LEDs active, but no boot-up / no activity on the screen
Wireless Card, and/or built-in ethernet, missing, dropping connection, or not detected by the operating system/Windows
