I bid and won these stamps and have tried to contact the seller on a number of occasions to pay for items. The buyer has not even bothered to reply to my emails.
puts a item up for sale cos it don't sell for much they won't sell !
puts up for auction then won't sell !
refund my payment with no explanation!
