Payment Policy:

Please make full payment on Day of purchase

Postage Policy:

* Fun Choice postage is FREE
* Earth Choice offers combined shipping i.e pay the postage shown of the 1st item bought, then 95p per item afterwards to a maximum of   £5.50.  Postage owed will be automatically refunded to your Payment account
* Vita Choice postage is £3.95 regardless of the size of your order


Delivery Policy:

We will despatch within two days of purchase

Items are sent Royal Mail or a Currier

Please allow extra time for weekends, peak periods, Bank holidays and Christmas

We will only deliver to the buyers billing address

Returns Policy:

Faulty Goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund, replacement or repair.

Items returned as new for a refund must be packaged carefully so that the original packaging is also as new. There may be a charge if an item is returned with a tatty box

Returned faulty items must also be in original packaging

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

If an item is being returned as faulty and we find the item is faulty then we can refund your return postage costs up to £10

If an item is returned as faulty, such as RC models or bikes and quads etc, but we find that the item is in fact not faulty and that the problem is down to user error then we would not be able to refund P&P. We would expect you to arrange collection of said item

If you want us to carry out work for you, on an item that has faults due to user error, there will be charges. These charges vary depending on the returned item. You will be fully informed of all charges before any work is agread by you

Most faulty returns can be satisfactorily completed under the Manufacturers 12 month warranty

DO NOT send any items back without contacting us first
