Method Paypal, Bank Transfers.
Returns, Refunds & Undelivered
Parcels You can cancel your purchase at any time before
item is dispatched. You will be refunded in full. You have 7 days to return an
item if the item was sold brand new, sealed, and unopened. Please,
inform us if you wish to exercise your right to return an item. For your
protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery when posting an item. There
are absolutely no returns on software whether Dead on Arrival, faulty or
not. All inquiries or issues with software should be directed to the
Manufacturers. Specific terms relating to our returns, refunds, undelivered
parcels, & cancelled orders after item has been dispatched policy are
as follows:
(1) For all parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail or
any other Courier Company as undelivered because no one was at home or the
buyer failed to contact the Royal Mail or Courier Company to have the
parcel re-delivered or collected or the Buyer refused to accept delivery of the
goods, we will refund the price of the product only and not the postage charges
as they would have been paid. (2) If the item was with free Post &
Packaging Charges, we will deduct 15% from the total price to cover post and
packaging charges unless the item has not been dispatched. (3) If the item
was sent by courier, we will deduct the courier charges x 2 as we get charged
for sending the goods out and also for having the goods returned to us. (4)
By buying from us you agree to these simple & concise charges and
conditions. (5) If you do not agree to these simple terms and condition
please do not purchase from us, thanks
We will dispatch items to confirmed PayPal registered address
only. Please make sure your address is correct. Undelivered items will only be
dispatched after re-payment of postage charges.
Faulty, Incorrect, Item not received, or Dead on Arrival Goods
(DOA) Goods that are deemed faulty or
incorrect can be returned to us and we will refund or send a replacement
including the full cost of postage. We require proof of payment to process
refunds; therefore please ensure you keep any receipts. We will refund any
monies you have paid to us within 48 hours of receipt of your returned
goods, all things been equal. The returned goods will be tested and if deemed
not faulty the customer will pay a fee for re-stocking the item. This fee is
currently 10% of the total value of the sale. Also the initial posting cost will
be deducted from the total value of the goods. This also applies where the item
was advertised with free delivery. Any items which are damaged while in transit
will either be replaced or payment refunded in full. Also for item not received
a replacement will be sent out or your payment refunded. However, replacement or
refund will only be done after the Courier company has completed their
investigation. Investigations might last for up to 15 days. The buyer bares
the cost of postage for return goods. Courier charges are also non
refundable and any delay in transit is also not our responsibility. This does
not affect or over ride any statutory rights that you may have.
Unauthorised Component
Swapping We are here to run a
legitimate business. We prefer to deal with only honest buyers. We will take
direct legal action agains anyone who tries to defraud us regadless of any
PayPal or eBay decision. We have succeeded in the past and be rest assured we
will succeed again. To this effect we have employed the services of a quality
testing company to certify that our listed products on eBay are as
described when shipped to customers. Futhermore, all our products are
securely tagged and all serial numbers of all our product are carefully noted in
the event of issues relating to lost parcels, and problems relating to returns,
and unauthorized component swapping.
Shipping
Method We use Royal Mail, UPS, City Link and
other reputable courier companies.
Warranty All
brand new items naturally have a minimum of one year Manufacturer's Warranty
(except otherwise stated on item description page). But all used item are sold
used but in top-quality condition, and therefore have no warranties. But we do
guarantee that all used items are in excellent working condition when
dispatched. In case of Dead on Arrival (DOD) your item will be replaced or
payments refunded at no extra cost to you.
Delivery All
things being equal, all orders are dispatched within 48 Hours. And If
there are any issues with your order we will inform you within 24 Hours.

deliver to verified and confirmed PayPal addresses. This is for your own
protection.
Customs Sometimes
when you order goods from us to be delivered overseas you may be liable to
import duties and taxes. Any additional charges relating to customs must be
settled by you. We do not control these charges and we cannot predict how much
they are going to cost you.
Feedback In any
event that you are not happy with any transaction with us please give us an
opportunity to sort things out before leaving negative feedback. We will try our
best under any circumstance to make you happy.
Battery Life Disclaimer Actual battery
life will vary depending on your specific hardware and software configurations,
and how the laptop/computer is used.
Hard
Drives Actual formatted capacity is less and may very
depending on pre-loaded materials amd operating environment.

Manufacturer's
Warranty Some of the Laptops we sell may still have the
Manufacturer's Warranty left. However, we do not have the time to be involved
with Warranty transfers. You will have to sort out Warranty issues with the
Manufacturers directly.
