How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Order Processing time generally takes between 1 - 7 business days . After processing time and your order has been shipped , Shipping time will be based in the shipping method that you choose during checkout. If you have any questions about a particular item please feel free to contact me , I am always more than happy to help.

 

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

 

** Please Note: When requesting a return please contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered to you for a return approval code.

When you receive an approval code you will also receive the address to return your item (if necessary). Any return sent to us with out prior approval will be denied and you will be responsible for the shipping charges to have your item returned back to you. Please see details below for more information on returns. **

If for any reason you receive your item defective on arrival WLF will send you a new replacement item of the exact same item and size for free of charge.  WLF will cover all shipping costs.

If you want a different item sent to you or your item was not defective but you would like to return your item for any other reason please see details below.

All Sales Final on Lingerie and Personal items and  are non refundable.  (examples include but are not limited to: sexy lingerie and undergarments , swimwear and bedding.)

(1) Returns are accepted in the form of exchange or refund 7 DAYS after your order has been delivered to you (some exceptions apply , as some of our items are non refundable due to hygiene and sanitation reasons . Please keep in mind this list may not be a full list of all exceptions. If you have any questions please contact us and we will be more than happy to help the best way we can.

(2) All shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE. When making a return , the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.


(3) When returning an item it is HIGHLY recommended , to ship with a tracking number so we can track the progress of your package. WLF is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages , however with a tracking number there is a bettr chance  locating lost packages.


(4) All Returns MUST have the original packaging and all tags attached. If your return does not have all of the original tags and packaging , your item(s) will be returned back to you and refund will be denied. In the event your items needs to be returned back to you for non-refundable reasons you will be responsible for the shipping fees to return to you. 

(5) ALL Costumes (including Pet Costumes) are returned by EXCHANGE ONLY. Exchange must be for the exact item , however we do allow different sizing in case you accidentally ordered the wrong size. Halloween Costumes are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cut off date for Costume exchange is October 15th. After October 15th Costumes are ALL SALES FINAL ... Does not include sexy cosplay costumes. Sexy cosplay / lingerie costumes are non refundable.

 

WLF reserves all rights to deny any return request at anytime as seen necessary.  If for any reason your return request has been denied and you have shipped your return back to us , you will be responsible for the shipping to have your item returned back to you.

 

Why does your website state that your office is in Iowa, but the package I received from you has a different address?

 

Our office is located in Iowa, and while we do try to keep all of our items on hand in our warehouse we are a high demand store and sometimes it is possible tha we will run out of the item you ordered. If we are out of stock in our warehouse but the item is still available we may have our supplier deliver the item to you right from their warehouse , to avoid any delays in delivery.
