Some Information About SparkyLabs
My (Sparky Labs's) terms are as follows:
With the premises that I am a reasonable person but for those who don't know how to reciprocate and play it fair the following applies. These terms are effective as of the 02/03/2013 and may be amended as required.
1. Delivery
Goods will where possible with 24 hours of payment by royal mail by your chosen method. I am usually able to send orders throughout Friday afternoons (same day) and goods will usually be despatched Saturday morning as well but you should try and get your order in as early as possible.
2a. Warranties - UK
In the unlikely event you receive the wrong quantity or parts you are to notify me immediately on receipt and within 3 days of receiving your order. If your order takes longer to arrive than 2 days for 1st class or 3 days for 2nd class to arrive please notify me so that I can take this into account. No claims for wrong parts or quantity will be accepted after 7 days of sending unless agreed otherwise (I'm not prepared to wait 2+ weeks for you to forget what you ordered or confused it with another supplier and make a wrong claim – yes this has happened!)
2b Warranties - World Wide
For goods purchased from outside the UK the conditions stated in 2a apply with the addition of 3 days for Europe and 5 days for the rest of the world to the time scales described.
3. returns
If you feel you have to return parts please contact me immediately and within 7 days of receiving delivery and explain why you wish to return the goods. You will have to pay the return postage and after satisfying myself (at my own discretion) that the parts have not been used or are otherwise fit for purpose I will refund you less a restocking fee of 10% of the order value and the original postage.
4. No law obliges me to sell to you
I have the right to choose NOT to sell to you. If you mess me about I may block you from purchasing from me again. As you should know I run a value for money service that delivers a quality service, and can keep doing so if we all play fair. In order to protect my loyal and honest customers I will not hesitate to disassociate myself from people who I deem are just trying to rip me and my other customers off and play the system (yes there is already a list and it does grow).
5. Liabilities
In purchasing from me you acknowledge that I will be in no way responsible for consequences due to late deliveries (even if my fault) and that I am not responsible for any consequences that arise from the use of my parts.
I am happy to give you advice on design and part selection but I am not responsible for any inaccuracies or consequences of you following my advice. You should make you own checks and verifications if in doubt.
