All of our products are despatched using 1st class post as standard which is automatically upgraded to 1st class Recorded should your order exceed £9.99
We despatch all orders received and paid for within 24 hours and will email you confirmation of despatch and will also email you a copy of the proof of posting should you request it.
We endevour to answer any questions received between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday to Fiday and 9am to 12pm Saturday within 1hour. Sorry but emails received outside of these hours will be answered the following day. Emails received after 12pm on Saturday will be answered on Monday morning.
