Hi, welcome to my page. My name is Lisa and I run Quirky Cottage which sells fashion accessories and costume jewellery online. I am London based and LOVE accessories!
Quirky Cottage was established in late 2011 as an online boutique offering a wide range of gorgeous accessories and jewellery.  Our mission is to bring our customers the opportunity to update their wardrobes in a wallet friendly way just by adding some key accessories.  Customer service is a priority with quick shipment and care with packaging as standard.

Any problems experienced (unlikely, we hope) will be dealt with in an efficient, helpful and friendly manner.  



Payment policy - Paypal preferred, we can also accept personal cheques and postal orders

Delivery information - Items are posted the next working day after payment is received. I use Royal Mail for all deliveries.

Return policy - I accept returns in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. All items must be returned in a resaleable condition in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage except in the event of a faulty item. Please email your intention of returning any items.
