Welcome to our "About Me" page

Our company name is PyroTech Systems, and we perform online sales under the name PyroTechMart. We sell on several auctions, market places, and our own website, but we really like eBid.

Let me introduce myself, I am Ted Conner, and I am the Chief Cook and Bottle Washer around here. My wife didn't want me to post my picture because of all the girls solicitations, groupies and fan clubs ;). We are located in Bowling Green, KY USA. We love to hear from friends and customers around the world, whether it is a concern, suggestion, or just to know how hot it is here.

Our philosophy in doing business online:

  • Pricing: We try to provide our products at cost plus 10%, and make our money in volume. So when we make a good quantity purchase our loyal customers can share in the windfall.
  • Service: We provide the best service available bar none. Quick, personal responses, and sincere effort to resolve any difficulty. We do all we can to make our customers happy long after the sale!
  • Products: As we re-supply our stock, we try to acquire products that are special. "Quality Through Innovation" is our slogan. An example would be flash drives, instead of any old flash drives we might offer ones that are secure because they read your fingerprint or provide a huge amount of memory. Sometimes what makes the item special is the high benefit to cost ratio. We test every product so that we can determine if it goes on the clearance isle or regular product line, also so that we are knowledgeable when problems occur.
  • Performance: We ship within 24 hours, and charge minimal amount for shipping by researching the shipping venues. We inspect each product, and package it with care. Some items are refurbished and certified by our technicians, and we provide a warranty for those. In all cases, we provide service long after the transaction is completed.
