Payment Policy:

We accept PayPal (Verified/Confirmed accounts only). We can only ship to your confirmed name and address registered with PayPal. Payment is required within 5 business days of the auction closing, or the item will be marked as Unpaid and re-listed or re-sold. We are also registered with Escrow.com. Please notify us if you choose to utilize escrow services (commonly used for Wholesale Lots). Please be aware that escrow service fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Policy:

We generally ship merchandise Worldwide, unless otherwise stated. Merchandise ships after payment receipt and verification/authorization. We can only ship to your confirmed name and address registered with PayPal. We reserve the right to choose which carrier and service will be used to transport and deliver products. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered pass to you when the merchandise is presented to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for transit time, or for lost or damaged merchandise during shipping/transit, and recommend Shipping Insurance to protect your purchase. Shipment tracking numbers are provided when available.

Return Policy:

30-Day Guarantee -- Returns are accepted for Defective Merchandise Only. Item must be returned in original package and original condition within 30 days of purchase, and include a copy of the packing slip or invoice. If no exchange is available, a refund is given minus shipping and handling (S/H) fees. All S/H fees are non-refundable, as they have already been used for that purpose. Return item shipping charges are at your expense; replacement item shipping charges are at our expense. Postage Due packages are not accepted. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during shipping/transit, and recommend Shipping Insurance to protect your purchase. Returns are NOT accepted for Non-Defective items, or for items that have been Used, Washed/Dried, Altered or Damaged by Buyer. No refunds for Buyers Remorse - please choose products and options carefully. There is a 25% restocking fee for any Non-Defective merchandise returned to Prodigious Products. Customer may also be responsible for any additional fees or expenses incurred by Prodigious Products as a result of returned merchandise in deliberate disregard of our Policy, and/or may forfeit any refund.
