About Us
 
London House Gifts and Home is a beautiful collection of soft furnishings, gifts and accessories for you and your home.
 
The business was launched in 2006 , founded by myself Diane Owen along with the help of my partner Garry who put this beautiful website together.  I have a love for ‘all things pretty’ whether it’s for myself or my home, so I decided to start my own business sharing my passion with others.
 
The main focus is on my collection of handmade items that make up a large proportion of the products I sell using designer fabrics such as Laura Ashley and Cath Kidston . Along side these I try to source and sell a wide range of beautiful accessories that compliment my handmade products.
 
Looking for new ways to develop London House Gifts and Home and providing a unique service to all customers is important to me. I am committed to maintaining quality and offering a personal touch even as the business grows.

We prefer payment via paypal. (Please note echeques via paypal usually take up to 2 weeks to clear)

Please note that all items are usually posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class, on heavy items second class or standard parcel post may be used. We usually aim at sending out orders within 2-3 working days of payment received but please accept it may take a little longer in busy/holiday periods. Please allow up to 10 working days for any handcrafted items as these are made to order. We ship worldwide but overseas customers payment must be paypal only.

We are happy to combine postage wherever possible (at our discretion)- if you wish to buy more than 1 item please wait for our combined invoice before paying so we can ensure that a discount is applied for you. We cannot combine postage on items £2.00 or less.

Postage and packaging costs are kept to a minimum, but we do ensure that we use quality packaging materials to get your goods to you in the condition they left us and this is reflected in the overall postage and packaging costs. PLEASE REMEMBER P&P COVERS MORE THAN THE ROYAL MAIL SERVICE.

RETURNS

Should you wish to return anything you have purchased from London House Gifts and Home, we will happily refund or exchange a product provided it is in FULLY RESALEABLE CONDITION.
(This excludes personalised items, hair accessories, cut fabric including ribbon etc, pierced earings or any items posted overseas).
Please return the item to us within 14 days or less, in the original packaging including identifying correspondence.
If we find the item has not been returned in resaleable condition then we reserve the right not to refund.
The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, both for the receipt and return (if necessary) of any goods, as this is a direct cost to us, so we will refund the cost of the item only.
