Most items are despatched via Royal Mail's First Class Recorded service (please see individual item description); this requires that someone be available at your chosen delivery address to accept your item by signature. It is not possible to advise time, or date, of delivery; please address any complaints in this respect to Royal Mail. Advice of despatch, together with your individual recorded mail reference number, can be confirmed to you by email if requested.
Heavier items are despatched using ParcelForce (again, please see individual item description); this requires that someone be available at your chosen delivery address to accept your item by signature. It is usually possible to advise date, but not time, of delivery. Advice of despatch, together with your individual tracking reference number, will be confirmed to you by email.
Multiple purchases which can be despatched together will invariably incur a combined, reduced, postal charge: please email us for an individual quotation!
International bidders and purchasers are most welcome! However, items will only be despatched to overseas addresses via Royal Mail's International Signed For service, with appropriate insurance cover. Please ask for an individual quotation applicable to the weight and value of your intended purchase(s). We can provide a link to JerseyPost where you can confirm any charge you believe may be excessive.

All new items carry a full manufacturer's warranty; please see item description and/or the written warranty details supplied with your purchase. Should your purchase develop a fault within the warranty period please follow the manufacturer's instructions or contact us by email. In most cases guarantee repairs will be performed by us but you must contact us prior to return to obtain definitive repair instructions and return address. Overseas purchasers should contact the manufacturer's representative within their country; please refer to the included warranty details for instructions.

If, after a thorough inspection, your purchase is found to be free from defect, complete and as described in the auction details/item description you will be responsible for all return costs, including those incurred in re-posting the item back to you. It is imperative, therefore, that a detailed written explanation of any fault is included with your returned item; especially if the reported fault is of an intermittent nature.
