Customer service, for us is defined as follows;
Describe the item for sale as accurately and honestly as possible in the listing.
Communicate with my buyers throughout the entire sales transaction.
Shipment of your item promptly & safely, usually within the same hour I receive the payment!

We charge a small handling fee to cover the cost of the new, quality packing materials we use to prevent any unnecessary damage to your merchandise while in transit!
All items are shipped insured!

The preferred method of payment is PayPal.
It is not necessary to register with PayPal in order to pay VIA PayPal with a credit or
debit card.

We ship world wide insured & in order to keep international shipping costs down we use USPS First-Class Mail Package International Service that takes 6 to 10 average business days delivery to major destinations.
We use USPS Priority Mail insured for domestic shipping.

If an item arrives broken, we have measures in place to make you whole again for the item you bought, minus your shipping charges. Insurance companies don't pay for the original shipping charges.
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us ASAP and we or you will file a claim with the USPS or with Stamps.com, depending on which shipping service I originally chose.
