As our customer you are our VIP and we wish to bring you the best in customer service, satisfaction and happiness.
We pride ourselves on supplying you with quality affordable lingerie and sleep wear. 

Many of our lines are ex major chain store items such as M & S, Top Shop, BHS, Ann Summers and more, with considerable savings over rrp. Many of our item still come with tags attached.

All our items are carefully selected for value and quality and are described as accurately as possible to ensure that you the customer knows exactly what you will be purchasing.

Payment

At present we can only take payments via PayPal and PPPpay, however we are looking to add more payment options in the future. 

All items must be paid for within 48 hours of purchase.  Any unpaid items after this time will be reported.

Cancellations

If you do accidentally place an order or change your mind before check out, it is not a problem, just contact us to request that your order be cancelled.

Postage

All orders made before midday Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.  Orders after midday will be dispatched on the following day. Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday with the exception of Bank Holidays when dispatch will be on Tuesdays.

To keep Postage costs to a minimum, many of our lines are dispatched by Second Class Royal Mail.

Proof of Posting is obtained for each item and is available on request.  Our postage fees for all items are the actual postage and packaging costs. 

We will never charge you more or try to make profit from a customer via this means.

Combined postage is offered for multiple orders.  Please contact us if you are buying more than one item and we will send you an adjusted invoice prior to payment.

Feedback

We value your feedback greatly.  We will leave feedback after you have received your item and have left your feedback. 

If you have any problems with our service please contact us direct as we will endeavor to put things right, as we all know that sometimes things can go wrong.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products we can not accept any returns or offer refunds for items that have been worn.

We will only accept returns for items that are faulty on delivery as long as they are returned with the original packaging with any tags not being removed and a note describing the exact nature of the fault.

Postage for returns must be covered by the buyer if the product is assessed as faulty then a full refund will be given.
