Though we maybe new to eBid as of this posting 09/26/2010 we are not new to the Internet or to Ecommerce. The Quest Shop (ie: MyQuestShop) has been doing business now going on 4 years without concerns. Whether it has been on EBay, our website or numerous other Auction sites we are at we have been around for awhile now. Please as with all new sign ups our stats are low, do not let this sway you our commitment to our customers is something we value a lot and our promise to you is "We shall always do our best to satisfy your need or concern". Just a quick note. IF you find something you like, want, need or just cannot live without and think the listed price is off a bit by all means send us a note with the item name and number in it. If we can we will try to adjust, if we cannot we will say so. Our contact information is at the bottom of this posting. All shipping is configured at Parcel Post at the end of the auction when we know where the item is gong if possible we always try to upgrade that to Priority Mail without additional cost to you. Sometimes we can, sometimes we cannot but we try. Insurance is not included in any item sale if you desire it let us know prior to paying and we will send the quote to you. This is a Husband and Wife venture we decided to start due to our love of travel and adventure. During these times we have found many things of interest some eye candy and some not. Though we are new to eBid please give us a chance. We collect and sell about anything and everything one could think of. This has been an on going Quest for us and we enjoy every minute we are out doing it.

History/background:
Having dealt in Antiques for many years more so as a hobby rather than a business but find that business and pleasure tend to go together hence the creation of MyQuestShop / The Quest Shop.

Payment policy:
Paypal is the preferred method, good for us and you but we offer Google checkout as well and will accept a USPS Money Order. No Personal checks accepted. All items purchased by Money Order will be held until the MO is received and validated as authentic by the Post Office.

Shipping information:
We ship to the Continental USA, please if you are a International buyer ask prior to bidding/purchasing any items so we better serve you.
All items (unless Media) are calculated as USPS Economy Mail. At the end of the auction once we know where the item is headed if possible we upgrade that to USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost to you (the stated auction shipping will NEVER be higher that what is listed if we make a mistake that is our fault and we will stand behind the listed price of shipping your item). Sometimes this is possible, sometimes it is not but we try at any rate. Insurance is not added to any item purchase, if you desire it then please ask prior to paying for your purchase and we shall send the quote to you. Usually this is around $2.00USD per $100.00USD purchase.

Feedback:
We leave positive for positive on all items purchased. We only ask if there is concerns please give us the chance to fix it. But we will not be threatened by feedback nor intimidated by it. This will only cause us to follow the policies set forth to the letter. Negative will get Negative unless we are at fault then we accept it and move forward.

Return policy:
Remember on any auction ours or any one else when an item says Used that is what it is, Used. Items unless marked new are purchased at Estate Auctions, Garage Sales, Antique stores and many other places, they where not ours from the start unless we have stated so. With this in mind we have no idea of the history or usage of the item prior to us owning it. So we do not know if it was owned by a smoker or someone that did not take care of the item in question. We try very hard to represent the item the best we can as all sellers should be unless marked the item IS USED and should be considered as such when you are bidding on the item. We strive to make sure all is as it is stated. We go to great detail to make sure all is true to the best of our knowledge. If for some reason we miss something we will try our best to make it good by you whether that is a refund of the item purchased or a agreement between us we will do whatever we can to make it right if we where wrong. Buyer pays to return ship the item; item price is refunded only if we cannot settle on a common ground to suit both our needs.
