COMICS
Most of the comics that I am selling are from my own personal collection. Almost all of them have been read once (if at all) and then backed and bagged. A very few were gifts and/or bought secondhand and may be in less than perfect condition. I will try to list any marks/defects/damage but if you are only after a perfect copy of any comic just ask and I can give you any info that you might need before you decide whether to buy or not.
I'm not a business so if I ever price myself out of the market and you want to make an offer on anything, just contact me.
I'm usually amenable to fair offers (especially if you are buying a few items at a time).
WARGAMING ITEMS
The bases that I sell are my own designs. I make and cast them myself so the Intellectual Property Rights belong to me. Basically, I won't be very happy, if I see them being re-cast and would seek legal advice in such a situation. I don't like to even have to say that but UK Intellectual property Laws are very specific and must be protected or lost. Anyone who has had any experience of Games Workshop's litigious nature will understand the problem all to well.
Any models/minis that I have listed are sold as seen. Contact me to be sure but (generally) if it's not in the photo, it's not included.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Combined shipping is a given but I tend to do it case by case so that you get the best price possible. I send items by recorded/signed for delivery so overseas buyers PLEASE contact me before you buy. I have had too many people on certain other sites who bid and then refuse to pay when they realise just how expensive overseas recorded postal services are.
As I am a buyer myself, I will always pack items very well. I know how annoying it is when you've been waiting for something and then it turns up smooshed because some wise guy thinks a single sheet of brown paper will suffice.
If you have any questions about anything relating to my listings, don't hesitate to contact me. I'm only human and, therefore, not perfect. I haven't made any major bungles yet but I'm bound to make a mistake at some point (law of averages and all that).
