WELCOME TO MENFREYA!!
 
Menfreya is a family run business that has been offcially trading as a registered limited company since July 2009.
We cater to the over 55 market, and are the only store of our kind to cater to this age group on the high street. All of our items are hard wearing, excellent quality and specifically tailored to meet with various needs.
  We aim to offer comfort, practicality and style to all our customers, no matter what you are looking for!
  We have set up on here now to be able to offer our service to a much broader range of people, who may need our products, but Menfreya is not in your area just yet!
  We are very proud to be able to offer a number of different perks by using Ebid. These are:-
- a promise that your item will be sent to you within 24 hours of your winning bid (exceptions include sundays and bank holiday!)
- That all postage is FREE on our store stock items, no matter how many you buy!
- a discount code to be used with our site the next time you visit, as a thank you for using Menfreya.

If you are from or around Leeds, then do pop in and see us! we would love to see you! and when you come in, say you saw us on Ebid and you will be given 10% off your order (only to be used in our store, not online) Pop and see us in the Merrion Centre in Leeds City centre!

We can accept a number of payment methods, including Cheques, Paypal and Credit/ Debit cards.
This latter method is actually our prefered method. It is the most secure and done over the phone, so you know that none of your details are stored and it is always nice to talk to an actual human being, isn't it? If you would like to use this method, all you have to do is email us and tell us, this is what you want to do, we will do the rest!

As far as refunding, we are happy to refund items that are not right or if you change your mind- BUT we are not responsable for return postage. Unfortuantly, that is at your cost.
We will only pay return postage if there is a technical fault or you think that the item is not exactly how it was described.
