| Hi Everyone! Just a little note about me and Ebid |
Since joining Ebid and getting to know alot of Great People I thought I'd let people know what i'm about and how I conduct myself on here! As a previous Seller on Ebay (Also Madaleck) with a Positive Feedback of 1550 I closed my shop and moved to eBid due to ease of use and the more realisting subscription charges. I list varied items from Household Goods to Clothes and CD's. We all endeavour to make sure all transactions run smoothly without any hiccups! We all have days when we miss crucuial Emails/ miss out on Bids / Post is lost or delayed amongst other things. But I've found that the majority of People are good natured and relaxed on Ebid and are happy to help. A good source of Help are the Chat Groups which in the first few days/weeks have helped me to find my way around and a valuable point of call. |
My Working Ethics
- I Endeavour to Post all my items within 3 Days of Receiving Payment whether it be Postal Orders or Credit on Paypal.
- Cheques obviously take alot longer to clear on average 5 Days so I check with the Bank regulary on the 4th day onwards.
- Any problems with an item please let me know and I will be happy to answer any Questions to ensure that everything is ok.
- Items that are to be Refunded must be Returned in the condition they were sent as per EBID and PAYPAL's policy. So far I have Refunded in Full with Return Postage costs. Unfortunately you do get the odd situation where the Buyer will not comply with these Terms and things can get messy.
NB: IF AN ITEM IS TO BE REFUNDED PLEASE SEND THE ITEM BACK IN THE CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED AS TO ENSURE A FULL REFUND.
