Giving you a little more insight into the seller.

We are hoping to build up a solid record of satisfaction here, and will do everything reasonable to earn that.  If you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to contact us and ask ! 

Customer support email:       You will need to contact us through eBid's mail system.  We will answer all emails as quickly as we possibly can, normally within one business day if not sooner.

Payment Options:  We accept payment via PayPal (including credit cards and E-checks), and Google Checkout.  We also accept Money Orders for the exact amount of the order, but will not ship until the Money Order has been received, verified and we have received payment.

Return/Cancellation policy:

For any issues related to satisfaction or possible returns please contact us by email.  A Return Authorization must be issued before any products can be returned for credit, refund or exchange. There will be no refund of shipping charges in most cases, unless we caused the problem.  Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order if you find any issues with it. We will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you. 
 

Shipping policy:

We normally process and ship orders within 24 hours of receipt, on Monday through Friday, once payment has cleared.  We do not (officially) work on weekends, so any orders received over a weekend will be processed on the next working day. We typically ship by USPS Ground, to keep the shipping costs paid by our customers as low as reasonably possible. If your order requires expedited delivery, please contact us either prior to placing it or immediately after placing it, to discuss your needs and allow us sufficient time to adjust our shipping arrangements for you.   In some cases, we will need to send you an invoice for the additional shipping costs of a faster-than-normal-Ground shipment, and will need your payment to clear before we can release the package to our shipping service.   Our normal cut-off time for changing from regular Ground to expedited shipping is around 3:00 PM EST, although we can try to accommodate a slightly later change, and we will always try to accommodate your requests on the same day, if possible.
