Some Information About JazzyJewels
Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
Please buy with confidence. We have been in business since 2003 and have 765 all positive feedback on another auction site. We are new to Ebid and are excited to be here. We left another site because of the high fees and that means we can offer you better prices on Ebid!
Most items we carry are sterling silver but if I see something I like and feel it is good quality at a good price I may offer it as well. I like stainless steel for its qualities especially for men’s items. We will also offer gold if I can get nice items at a good price.
My name is Vickie and I do the buying and I also design items marked V.L. Designs. I have been beading and designing for about eight years and have sold many of my designs. I offer them for sale here on Ebid and on a site for handcrafted items. I make every effort to use the best materials for my designs and I would not sell anything I would not feel good about owning.
My husband Mike helps with listing and keeps up our web site. He is the tech side of our business. He also drops orders at the post office. Both of us are former retail managers from the days when customer were treated with respect. We know you have many choices when making a purchase and if you choose to buy from us we will make every effort to make you happy you did!

STORE POLICIES
RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be happy with anything you purchase from Jazzy Jewels and Collectibles. If you are not happy with any purchase simply email us that you are returning the item and repackage it and take it back to the post office. Item must be in the same condition as we sent it to you. (not worn or broken) If item is damaged in shipping it will be covered by shipping insurance. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund on items returned that were shipped free to customer.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Most items $15.00 and more will be offered with shipping included to customers in the United States. We use U.S post office priority flat rate or first class mail whenever possible. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to anyone with an unverified address or for any other reason we feel necessary.
International buyers are responsible for any custom or other fees in addition to shipping costs. We reserve the right to ship best way on all items. If you buy multiple items I will ship best way and if you over pay on shipping I will refund it from Paypal.
