We accept PayPal, Postal Orders made payable to I-WANT-IT-NOW-2008 LTD & UK Cheques made payable to I-WANT-IT-NOW-2008 LTD. For overseas purchases we only accept PayPal.

All items will be sent by the chosen paid for postage method. Please allow 2-3 Working days for delivery. We aim to post all payment cleared purchased orders within 2 business days, we nearly always achieve posting the same day when orders are received before 2pm except on Saturdays.

For unwanted items that have been bought by 'BuyNow':

A full refund for the price of the item ONLY will be given either through PayPal or cheque depending on the original method of payment. Refunds will only be issued for items returned unopened in their original condition with packaging within 14 days of the purchase date. Please email us before returning goods. In cases where the item is unwanted postage costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are not responsible for Royal Mail deliveries on returns so please ensure you keep proof of postage we recommend recorded delivery on all items.

Faulty Goods:

In the unlikely event that an item sold is faulty or not as described please email us first with a full description of item fault. In the case of clothes, all clothes sold have detailed descriptions and sizes and therefore we do not accept returns of clothes under the inaccurate description if they do not fit unless the description we have provided is inaccurate, it is the responsibity of the buyer to read the description before purchasing. A full refund including postage both ways will be given if, on receipt of the item by us, it is found to be inaccurately described or faulty, or we will be happy where possible to provide a replacement of equal value. Items that are found to be faulty on receipt by the buyer need to be returned within 7 days of receipt.

By agreeing to purchase any item from I-WANT_IT_NOW-2008 LTD you are implying you have read and fully understand the product details and have read and fully understood and agreed to the company returns policy and terms and conditions laid out in this section. All agreed purchases must be paid for within 5 days of agreeing to purchase.

Buyers who have not paid within 5 days will receive a payment notification reminder. Three reminders will be sent at 24hr intervals, as required by eBid's non-paying buyer process. Any outstanding purchase agreements that have not been dealt with by the end of this process will be referred to the eBid for resolution and an unpaid item strike will be issued against the buyer if payment is not received.

The sales contract between I-WANT_IT_NOW-2008 LTD will not be considered active until the item is marked as dispatched.

In the case of an item not being available or suitable for sale I-WANT_IT_NOW-2008 LTD will inform the prospective purchaser and refund all monies paid.
