Terms & Conditions Delivery Please note that all deliveries will require a signature. You will be notified when your items have been dispatched and you should therefore receive your delivery the next working day. If in the instance your goods do not arrive within 2 working days (UK only), please contact us and we will trace your package for you. If you are not in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left by the courier which you should respond to to arrange either collection or another delivery day. If 3 attempts at delivery are made and you are not in, the goods may be returned to us and will will impose a £5.00 charge for redelivery to you. This is a charge to cover our costs. Damaged or Faulty Goods All our goods are checked prior to any dispatch for faults. If, however you receive less than perfect goods, please notify us immediately. If the parcel wrapping is damaged on arrival, please do not accept this from the delivery person and ask for it to be returned to sender. Please then notify via email. If the parcel contents are damaged or faulty, please take a picture of the damage and notify us via email immediately. Then return the item to us within 7 days. You are advised to use a service that can guarantee delivery or is fully insured such as royal mail recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for an item that is lost on its way back to us if you do not have proof of posting. We will advise you when the item has been recieved and will send a replacement or issue a refund.
