Returns Policy:
At HFX Racing our policy is "The Customer Is First". The company offers only the best nascar products available we will make every effort to provide excellent shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should have a problem or have a question or concern, please contact us right away. If you wish to cancel your order: you can notify us by email before we have sent your items to you. If for any reason the item you have purchased is not as described, please contact us within 10 days. All our products carry a 30 day return policy. Upon return of your items we will give you a full refund of the amount paid (minus shipping). We will not accept a return for the following circumstances:
The product has been used.
Special Order Products (Deposit & Shipping Cannot be Refunded)
Defective Products: All Defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt or pick up. Defective items will be replaced (based on available Stock levels) If replacement is not possible we will refund you or we can Credit your account (your choice).We offer a 30 day refund from the receipt date on all products we sell except special order items.
All returns must go through our Return process. If you have any questions about a refund, please send us an email and we will be happy to answer your questions. All Refunds exclude shipping! The costs of returning products to us shall be the customers responsibility.

We ship all orders within 24 hours though Canada post.(Except Weekends & Holidays) We do not have tracking numbers are all orders are handed by the mail system this offers a fast & cost effective solution to shipping.
