We always leave feedback for all our customers and we like to think that all our customers will do the same for us. If you ever have a problem with your transaction please contact us immediately. We would never knowingly misrepresent any item but that doesn't mean we would never make a genuine mistake.

RETURNS / REFUNDS
If you are not happy with any of our items please email us first to make us aware of the problem.
If you have changed your mind about an item and wish to return it then we will refund the cost of the item only - all postage costs are your responsibility.
If an item is damaged or faulty we require this to be returned to us before we will issue a refund - if a replacement can be sent to you we will also reimburse you the cost of return postage. However if an item is listed as not tested then you are buying this item at your own risk and we will not refund any postage costs if you decide to return it.
Please note if your parcel does not arrive within one week please let us know so that we are aware of the situation but please be patient as an item is not considered lost by Royal Mail for 15 working days. We will assist you in making a claim with Royal Mail.
Please be aware even though we have low feedback at the moment we have been trading on e**y since 2000 and have a total of over 3000+ feedbacks from our two selling id's (grannie*annies*attic & enterprising-unicorns)
