Some Information About Glomania
Hi there,
Just a quick introduction, this is a family run business and we supply worldwide.
As a company we believe in value for money and above all customer service. If for any reason you may have an issue with one of our products email us and we will try and sort it out.
Postage policies: We send all our products out Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery, so you are completely covered. Insurance is included and we do not over charge for carriage.
Because we manufacture most of the products we sell we can guarantee that they will be sent out within 24hrs. Unfortunately Posters that are hand made may take a little longer and we hope to deliver them within 48hrs.
We use specialist paints that are not sold through retail stores and are not your average glow in the dark products. Using latest technology and highest grades of our manufactured materials our GloMania GDP paints can glow up to 10+ hours. Please not that times vary dependant on colour.
We also manufacture and distribute a VOC FREE Glow in the Dark Paint that is Child Safe and tesed to BSEN71-3. A Truly remarkable paint that comes in 4 colours Blue Green Aqua and Lilac but during the day they are white in colour.
Terms of Business:
Refund will only be given on the safe return of a product. Please note there is a re-stocking charge of 20% + ebid fees for the item to be deducted from the price of the item. Carriage will not be refunded.
This does not effect your statutory rights: and we are prepared to work with our customers to offer a satisfactory outcome to any issues that may arrise.
