Looks like I've been made a fool by this guy. Sent a cheque which he cashed and now it's been over 3 weeks and still have not received goods. Like with others, communication is good up to the point the cheque clears but nothing after that. If anyone has any helpful advice as to how I can get my money back it would be appreciated. No emails since auction ended. I never paid him, so glad I didn't bother. I hope the people who have the police involved, get him caught and lock him up and throw away the key!!! Fellow bidders, heed this advice.... DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. MAKE NO BIDS FOR HIS ITEMS, AND GIVE HIM NO MONEY AS HE TAKES IT AND HIDES!!! I won't be bidding on this site for a while!!! Good email contact until money was exchanged then email contact ceased. Now undeliverable messages come when I try to mail this conman. Am now taking legal action and the seller has cancelled all current auctions and changed his email address.

My words co-inside with those of so many other ebidders, he does not respond to emails, he is a fraud,a thief,a time waister, thank god I never paid him, FFF- , knowone deal with him as he is currently being investigated by the police.
It is now 12 days since he cashed my cheque and 5 days since contact despite 6 un- answered emails. I have contacted the police who have advised me to wait until the weekend then they will start a prosecution for theft and if he has never had the goods to sell then fraud as well (1988 theft act). Why Terry have you not got the decency to answer, or are you just a thief. Promised good 2 days after postal order received but didn't send for 3 weeks despite promises made when chased up. Would not deal with again.
