Some Information About CurvyGirlsClothes
The business side of things
We've been selling online now for over 4 years ,we started selling cd's we'd accumulated over the years and once they'd sold out (or the ones we wanted to sell that is!) we were totally hooked so there was no going back!
Being a 'curvy girl' myself and knowing how hard it can be to find clothes that fit,look good and are affordable we decided to source and sell clothes for ladies over a size 16.We now import the majority of our stock from the US so you know when you buy from us you won't see everyone wearing the same as you!
Payment and Postage
All our stock is here in the UK ,we post 6 days a week upon receipt of cleared payment (payment must be made within 7 days of auction close)-at present we accept paypal,cheques and postal orders from UK buyers,overseas buyers we only accept paypal.All our parcels are sent by Royal Mails 1st class recorded or international signed for service unless otherwise stated.
Postage Discounts
We do discount postage for multiple purchases made within the same 7 day period-please request an invoice before you make any payments.
Returns and Exchanges
We do accept returns for exchange or refunds (minus all postage costs) please make sure you contact us first and return item within 14 days.We are available to answer questions so if you need more measurements etc to ensure you purchase the correct size please do not hesitate to contact us-we all know how disappointing it can be to receive something that doesn't fit! * Due to the intimate nature of nightwear and swimwear I'm afraid we do not accept returns on these items.
Faulty Items
Every now and then a faulty item escapes us-we are human and do occasionally make mistakes! If this does happen please contact us so we can sort something out prior to leaving any feedback-we do ask for faulty items to be returned or the fault photographed and e-mailed to us in order to make a refund.

A bit about us
We moved to Cromer on the North Norfolk coast 2 and a half years ago and love every minute of it! We are a family of four but with additional 'mini zoo' as well-along with the children we have several bearded dragons,a couple of tortoises,a gecko,2 guinea pigs,a hamster and our little border terrier (who just loves the beach)
Although we have kids and pets they are kept well away from our stock and we are a non-smoking family.
