My selling policies

EVERY ITEM LISTED IS IN STOCK!!! - I DO NOT LIST ITEMS THAT I DO NOT HAVE
I list only good quality items. I am also an eBid buyer so I know how annoying it is to buy an item that isn't quite what you were expecting. I also give fair & honest descriptions of my items, if the cd isn't in mint condition for example, I will say so.
Please give me time to contact you after an auction has finished. I try my very best to contact people the same day or next day (Monday to Friday), & will sometimes be able to contact you at weekends. I, like everybody else do have other commitments & am not chained to the computer. Also remember if you are from any other country than the UK, that the time difference will mean that I probably won't reply to an email from you straight away. Please allow for this before sending unpleasant emails.
My postage & package rates are at cost & there are no hidden extra costs

Don't get caught out by high postage & extra charges from other eBidders.
The item may look cheap until you find that they are charging extortionate postal rates, then add your 3-10% to use Paypal & on top of that some will charge VAT. All of the Buy It Now, Auction & shipping prices are clearly stated & all of our items include VAT.

Refunds & Replacements
Replacement items will given for items damaged in transit providing postal insurance has been taken & once the item has been sent back for checking. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be given. This will not include the cost of sending the item back to me. If no insurance was taken then it is your responsibility to make a claim from the relevant company.
Refunds & replacements will also be given in the unlikely event that the item is faulty. The shipping costs for sending the item back will be refunded if the item is found faulty.
If you have bought an item that is incompatible with your system, I can offer a refund on the item price only -25% restocking fee. I will not refund any shipping costs. I will give a full refund if the requirements stated in the item description are incorrect.
If you are sending an item back, please ensure that it is sufficiently packaged to avoid any damage.

| CD's |
| All CD's are checked to make sure they play without jumping or skipping. I will exchange damaged/scratched cases for brand new ones if the auction is 99p or above (without postage). The only exceptions are obviously carboard, digipack or cases in any cd sale. |
| CONSOLE & PC SOFTWARE |
| All console & pc games are brand new & sealed unless stated. I will specify the version of the game (i.e. UK PAL, Windows 98 etc). Please ensure that the software is compatible with system before bidding. Please see my refund/replacement policy above for damaged/incompatible items. |
