Our merchandise is not first quality and brand new. We purchase end of season bedding, overstocks, department store shelf pulls, as well as customer returns. Each product will have a description and sometimes pictures if flaws are present pertaining to that particular item. We are not responsible for your monitors color being different from our pictures. We accept paypal, google checkout, and we will also accept bank wire transfer for international orders that don't have confirmed coverage via paypal.

RETURNS POLICY
All Clearance Items are "All Sales Final" and when you purchase a clearance item then you agree to the all sales final. Other merchandise qualifies for our 14 day return policy. The items must be in the original condition, original package as sent to you, and cannot be altered in any way (laundered or sewn).
All accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee with no exceptions. All original shipping will be deducted from the refund as well. You must contact us in advance to receive an RMA number before your item can be returned to us. In the even an item arrives not in the same condition as it was mailed to the buyer then the package will be refused by BusyBeeOutlet and the refund will not be issued.

Your item will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. In the event there is an error with a listing, we will try to contact you immediately. We ship both in the United States as well as internationally. All international orders must be paid via paypal. We will only ship to an international address that is either confirmed or verified. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO's will be subject to more expensive shipping costs. We ship via USPS, Fedex Home Delivery, Fedex Ground, and Fedex Smartpost. Please provide your phone number with your shipping address so we can pass that information on to fedex to add to your order in case they need to contact you.
