Hello. I'm Brian Skafica, a restaurant porter (foodservice) living in a local adult foster care home in Battle Creek, Michigan in the United States. I came here to eBid because if I win an auction on eBay, I can't send payment to the seller with checks and money orders. I don't have any credit cards and I don't want and need them. Many mail order businesses in my home country stopped accepting them in favor of PayPal and credit cards. This major change on eBay went into effect in October, 2008, while eBid and a similar U.S. auction website I belong to, iOffer, still lets buyers pay with checks and money orders. I hope money orders won't be extinct in the near future, because U.S homeowners already use them to pay for their bills. On these auction websites, I'm interested in bidding on and buying electronics, vintage boardgames (I collect a line of games made in the USA by the 3M Company), and other related rarities.
