Foreign customers are asked to pay using paypal only. Payment is appreciated within forty-eight hours of sale. Merchandise cannot be reserved until a payment is received. Shipping please allow five to fourteen business days for shipment on most items once a purchase is complete. Any questions about the time needed for shipping an item..please send an email or give a call at 804-236-2812. AK, HI and international customers will need to add an addtional ten to fourteen days for shipping an item. Shipping always needs to have a confirmed address, if for any reason there is a different address needed for shipping please send an email as soon as possible with the different address. The item/s will not be shipped until there is a confirmed address or an email signed with the customer's signature requesting a different address. There is a seven day return policy If for any reason a customer isn't happy with his/her choice. Belle Keats asked the customer to please email within forty-eight hours of receiving the item/s. In the email please include the reason for the return, when the item/s will be returned. The item/s returned will need to be in original condition. If an item is sold in a gift box the box cannot be damaged or the return cannot be credited. Example ( Royal Albert mdse. most of Royal Albert comes in a gift box) therefore the box has to be returned undamaged as well. Vintage items are also returnable and they as well need to be in exact condition when returned. Insurance and delivery confirmation are paid on most items in the store before being shipped. It is advised when an item is returned it be insured. If an item is returned broken and is not insurned the store will be unable to issue a credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees Merchandise: Most merchandise ordered from Belle Keats is shipped directly from the supplier. Therefore, sometimes an item is placed on backorder or discontinued without the store knowing it. Merchandise is rarely put on backorder, but when it does happen the customer is entitled to a full refund. Feedback: We all use and enjoy the opportunity of leaving feedback.
