Atlanta Coin (previously New Castle Coin) has been appraising, buying, selling and consigning coins, currency, and supplies since 2004. We take a lot of pride in providing the best items at fair prices with extraordinary service. Some of you might know us from another auction site where we have over 1,300 positive feedbacks. We are HERE NOW – their loss, we like to think your gain! We sell only authentic/genuine U.S. coins. If a buyer ever purchases a coin and sends it to an authenticating agency (ANACS, PCGS, NGC, or ICG) and it is returned as not genuine, Atlanta Coin will buy it back in full within 45 days from close of auction. We must be able to verify that the coin is ours through our detailed photos and the coin must be returned with ANACS, PCGS or NGC's documentation stating that it is not authentic/genuine. Grading on the other hand is very subjective. We attempt to grade accurately, however do not guarantee the coins grade for return longer than our standard return policy.
Standard Return Policy: If you need to return an item, please message/email us and get it shipped within two-days of receipt. Yes, that's quick (and we understand when there are extenuating circumstances) but you should know immediately upon looking at the item that you do or don't want to keep it. Most coins will be shipped in 2x2's with paper seals. If the seals have been broken or the coin removed, the return guarantee is voided. This return policy does not apply to time limits for returns due to the authentication process described above. The buyer/winner is responsible for return shipping costs.
