He has answered all emails but the goods have not arived nor will they. Vague excuses and now he says if I want a refund I have to give him my bank details! I paid with NOCHEX which he says he no longer has!

UPDATE:Unfortunately still no laptop and no voluntary update. Have no option but to take matters further as now 17th January.11 days overdue and have already waited 3 months!!!as requested. I wasn`t in a hurry but come on....over 3 months!!!
No sign of my laptop either, has anyone received any expensive items recently? Sam always replies to my e-mails promptly, but I'm becoming nervous. Also, why has his contact e-mail changed to @ ebid .co .uk?

OK many people who won this guy's auctions are concerned - me too because there are no big priced items being received by bidders. The guy has a bank account which must have received a lot of deposits and I know the name of the account - it is not Sam something! Email me at agamemnon@nazipunksfuckoff.com if you want to stay in touch about this seller. If we all get our goods great, if not then HSBC must take some action. Why have the items on sale dried up once the big priced ones have been 'sold'?
To date the email sent have been answered, item confirmed on route. I'm paying by escrow, I requested this type of payment method, seller did not have problem this request. how many others have paid by this method or even requsted the option.

Well , it is within the expected delivery dates , but how do you know , that there's an expected delivery date.12 weeks seems a lot of time to rip a lot of people off and by the end of that time...simply...disappear.So everybody should consider that and hence , seller should answer every feedback and give full info about himself and the way he ships the items and how everything works.I believe this is appropriate as we have paid hell a lot of money.
Can I add my comments to the most recent postings. I have several high value items currently outstanding, all well within the expected delivery dates. Sam has answered each of my emails promptly and has kept me informed at all stages. can we please end the present hysteria currently appearing on the forums?

I have contacted the seller numerous times about my laptop & he answered me everytime within one hour.I was told that none of the Laptops have arrived yet.I have bought a few things from this seller in the past with no problems.After all it did state on the laptop auctions that it could take up to 12 weeks to arrive.I think we should all cool down & wait the maximum 12 weeks before we have anything to complain about.
it looks like people are getting 'twitchy' about this seller. I've had good comms so far ... I might be proved wrong in the end but so far so good.

MAybe I am naive but I didn't expect to pay £11.35 (over and above the £17 shipping charge) for vat and clearance fee. This charge followed an enquiry from C&E regards item description and full cost. Is this normal?
No phone or street address provided and thus couldn't proceed with sale. Would anyone part with £600 not knowing who to contact and where ?

As forwarned slow delivery, goods as discibed except not retail boxed.
Received item fine, however Purchased lots of items from ukbestbuy, £4000 cash up front asked for there address and receipt and got blackballed from their auctions- how odd
Goods arrived in good order and put to use straight away. Excellent seller but only let down on the delivery side....It took over 5 weeks and 3 e-mails to recieve my goods.
Way past the 12 weeks and no refund as promised. No feedback posted to me in return for paying him straight away. If and when I recieve a refund I will change my feedback.
I passed this onto a customer who was not happy with the product.
I strongly suggest you volunteer to pay extra for tracking on the shipping. I payed for a camera on 21st July, having chased it for weeks, then months, it never turned up (now 30th Sept). As they have no control over the postal system, it would be well worth paying the small amount extra for the tracking. On a good note, your money is safe, as I got a full refund. Would use again, but would definately pay for parcel tracking.
