A genuine WW1 Victory and War Medal correctly named to LIEUT J T SAUNDERS .John Turrell Saunders was a Lieutenant in the Machine Gun Corps and was taken prisoner of war on the 21st March 1918 at St Quentin , the first day of the German Spring offensive.Some copy paperwork shows he was from Sutton in Surrey. Copy MIC shows the pair was his full entitlement.(Ref NM 41) I do not post at weekends or bank holidays.
