Tone your arms, trim your thighs, and flatten your stomach in time for the big day - of any big event! I'm always excited to try a new workout DVD, but I tend to lose interest quickly. It's been two weeks, and I've stuck with it. I can see results and I can feel results, which makes me very happy and motivated! Let me mention that I'm not the most coordinated person, athletic or in the best of shape. By the time I'm done, I'm sweaty and semi-exhausted but I don't find myself struggling to keep up or worse, stopping and watching portions (let's be honest, we can all relate). There are two 'categories' of workouts, one focusing on/for strapless dresses and one for curve hugging/tight dresses. Each category has a daily workout so for me it's a no brainer, I just choose the day! I'd definitely recommend this DVD.
