3. All prices are in U.S. Currency. International bidders are welcomed, but you have to agree to all terms stated to avoid any miscommunication.

4. PAYMENT POLICY: Payment must be received within 10 days after the auction ends. Failure to do so will result in a non-paying bidder alert and possible further action.  I accept the following method of payment in US Currency ONLY: Paypal, Bank/Postal Money Order and Personal Checks. YOU need to contact me PRIOR to sending payment to avoid any miscommunication.

5. SHIPPING POLICY: The winning buyer is responsible for Actual Shipping Charges, whatever they may be, when the auction is completed. Save on shipping on multiple items. Postage is approximate US cost. ALL books/Mags/DVDs are shipped via Media Mail unless you request faster service.

6. REFUND/INSURANCE POLICY: If the buyer's package is lost or damaged, YOU must have paid for insurance in order to be reimbursed. Rarely is a package lost or damaged, but you must have insurance to obtain a reimbursement.  OTHERWISE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
