3. All prices are in U.S. Currency. International bidders are welcomed, but you have to agree to all terms stated to avoid any miscommunication.

4. LEGAL DISCLOSURE:  By bidding on this product you affirm under penalty of perjury, that you are at least 18 years of age. You certify that you are of legal age to view and/or purchase these products, and that the purchase and/or possession of these particular types of materials is not in violation of your local/state laws nor does it offend the community in which you live. Furthermore, you assert that you will not redistribute this product to anyone not of legal age to view, purchase, or otherwise possess this product or material. All performers who appear in this product were 18 years of age or older at the time of production. All performers were compensated for their performances. This video depending upon its production date, is either exempt from or fully compliant with U.S.C. 18 Sec 2257. Model Releases and relevant 2257 information can be obtained from the Custodian of Record listed on magazine and/or cover/box.

5. PAYMENT POLICY: Payment must be received within 4 days after the auction ends. Failure to do so will result in a non-paying bidder alert and possible further action. Per EBID, I accept the following methods of payment in US Currency ONLY: Paypal, Bank/USPS Money Orders and Personal Checks. YOU are responsible to contact me PRIOR to sending payment to avoid any miscommunication.

6. SHIPPING POLICY: The winning buyer is responsible for Actual Shipping Charges, whatever they may be, when the auction is completed. Save on shipping on multiple items. ALL magazines/DVDs are shipped via Media Mail unless buyer requests faster service. Willing to ship overseas, but postage rate will need to be adjusted depending on country.

7. REFUND/INSURANCE POLICY: If the buyer's package is lost or damaged, YOU must have paid for insurance in order to be reimbursed. Rarely is a package lost or damaged, but you must have insurance to obtain a reimbursement. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
